I must say, I had so many personal projects lined up for this summer (several of which included being more active here on dA) that there was no way I was even going to finish them all. In fact, if I had finished half of them I would have been pleasantly surprised. But life has a funny way of making plans for you, even if you think you've already planned it all.
I was fortunate enough to be awarded a substantial work study figure for this summer, so I've actually been working three part-time work study positions for the last month and a half or so. That hasn't left me with nearly enough time to get anything done, so I've really had to prioritize.
Unfortunately, dA just didn't really make the cut. Music was more important, and I've actually finished a couple of pieces in my limited time, and am revising a couple of others and drafting three more. Of the two pieces I have finished, one is a small haiku for voice and piano that I have yet to have recorded, but the other is a small chamber work for flute, oboe, clarinet, and bassoon entitled Sterile Fugue. While I haven't technically recorded that one either, the virtual instruments don't sound so bad, unlike the virtual voice, which cannot sing a single syllable (except "ah"). So you can listen to the fugue on my SoundCloud or on my portfolio site. Be sure to let me know what you think of it!

Let's bring your vision to life.
I love helping to bring people's visions to life. Whether you see yourself as an artist or an entrepreneur, I understand that the key to your success lies in connecting with your ideal audience. The people who want to see more of what you do. The people who are willing — no, the people who are eager! — to pay for your work.
My goal is to help you find the audience of your dreams, and the most important part of that process is connecting with people. By building a relationship with the people who admire your work, you're building trust. And trust is what will convert a follower into a patron.
I would love nothing more than to see
Freelancing
I have officially graduated from college with two Associates of Applied Science degrees: Web Programming and Multimedia Design Technology. I couldn't be more excited to get out into the working world!
If you ever need something designed — posters, websites, business cards, anything really... — send me a note! I'd be happy to do some work for you. I typically charge by the project (which amounts to roughly $20–30 an hour) but can also work within your budget. If you're concerned with the quote I give you, I'm more than willing to negotiate a fee that's fair to both of us.
Check out my portfolio for samples of my work!
Legacy: What Can You Do? Donate and Share
My friend Stephonika-W-Kaye (https://www.deviantart.com/stephonika-w-kaye) is working hard to give the Zelda community a true gem: a short film, made with all the love and care that their highly-skilled team can offer. But they can't do it all alone. Even though they're all putting in their time and money into this project, realistically the film will cost more than they can afford alone. They need the support of the community if they're going to be able to give us what we've all wanted for so long.
Films—even short films—involve a wide range of costs that cannot be avoided. Their fundraising goal is $40,000, with which they believe they can provide a stellar film. Here'
Legacy: A Legend of Zelda Fan Film
Greetings, fellow Deviants!
I am excited to share with you a project that a friend of mine, Stephonika-W-Kaye (https://www.deviantart.com/stephonika-w-kaye), is working on: a Legend of Zelda short film.
Stephonika is a film director and script writer (and she's already literally written the book on Twilight Princess in case you want a sample of her writing). She has extremely high standards and won't rest until this film is done as well as humanly possible. But unlike writing a novel (which doesn't really cost any money, just time), film-making involves a lot of extraneous elements that can cost quite a bit. Props, costumes, makeup... the list gets pretty long.
Because of this, sh
